Celebration For Don Hood
A special celebration to honor Don Hood locally will be held on August 14, 2008 at 6:30 PM in the AHS Commons. RSVP before August 7, 2008. A charge of $10.00 per person is needed to pay for the meal and other expenses. The evening will consist of a meal, guest speakers, video recordings of past marching performances, and memorabilia will be on display. Contact Stan Montgomery for further information. There are some alumni members who are going to attend the awards ceremony for Mr. Hood on Tuesday, July 29 in San Antonio and then return home that evening. If you want to caravan with us let me know. We have one car load already. If you would like to share your car and let others ride with you, sharing gasoline, let me know so we can all go together.
