We’re at it again! The Angleton High School, “Purple Pride” Alumni Band will perform at half-time at the AHS football game on
Friday, (TBA). Last year’s event was a thrilling success. The band is composed of anyone who was ever a member
of the AHS band.
The alumni band is offering area individuals and businesses the opportunity to “join in” and be recognized through sponsorships
to help defer the costs of this event. Last year the alumni and AHS band combined for a marching group of over 200. This year we
plan to have even more alumni come back and participate. Don’t miss this chance to have your name associated with this historic event.
For a minimum donation of $250, you will receive recognition of your company’s name (or individual’s name) on the
performance T-shirts worn on date of the event. The goal is to cover the cost of this event in which the entire city can take pride.
Even better, any excess funds raised through sponsorships will be used to support the AHS band program.
